Messiah Lutheran Church & COVID-19
STARTING MAY 17, 24 & 31- We will have our first in-person worship services (same service, just offered at two time slots)at 8:15 a.m. and 10:45 a.m. on May 17th and will have communion at both services. We will continue the two services like that through the end of May
- We will use safety precautions outlined in our reopening plan (I will send out the safety plan before the 17th but it includes masks to be worn by all attendees, only using every other pew with spacing, continuous communion, no nursery, etc.) We will provide masks to any who needs them.
- We will not have any Bible classes on that Sunday, the 17th, just the two worship services with communion at both time slots
- If all goes well we will have a “one-for-all” Adult Bible class led by Myron in the South Pod on May 24th and 31st
- There will be no youth or children’s classes until June 7 (if we are in Phase 3 by then)- when we could also resume other Adult Bible classes.
- All worship will continue to shown live from our Facebook page called I Heart Messiah OKC
